About

The Cathedral Avenue Cooperative (CAC) is an ideally located apartment community just off of Wisconsin and Massachusetts Avenues in Northwest Washington, D.C.

The CAC’s quiet Cathedral Heights in-close neighborhood is near Washington’s National Cathedral and American University. Metrobus stops in front of the building and on Wisconsin Avenue offer easy access to Georgetown, downtown, northern Virginia, and Friendship Heights. The neighborhood is populated with restaurants, grocery stores, pharmacies, and retail stores. All are within easy walking distance.

Apartments range in size from studios, to spacious one, two and three-bedrooms. Most apartments include balconies, patios, garaged parking spaces, and assigned additional storage. Gracious interiors are filled with sunlight and open to pleasant neighborhood views. The building is adjacent to Glover-Archbold National Park.

This building of 143 apartments lends a communal feel. Active committees organize gatherings for residents throughout the year in our modern-designed lobby or, during the summer months, by the large, secluded swimming pool. The Cathedral Cooperative Board of Directors and committees are actively engaged in the governance of the Cooperative.
